When you want to check to see the performance at the level of the entire company, you can see the number of closed Issues that have actually flowed through the Business Process, and their average processing time. You can easily detect the change in performance because the number of Issues in one year and the average processing time on them is automatically aggregated by the month and shown in a graph. You can see the Process logs and business data of each individual Issue, by clicking the [Details] button.
1. Checking the Aggregation Chart on All the Issues
- 1. The Number of the Issues
- Checking the number of the Issues which have been completed successfully, with the bar chart (Aggregation of the past one year by month)
- 2. The Average Time Required
- Checking the time required to complete, with a line chart (Aggregation of past one year by month)
- Displayed together with the list of the Issues
- The Issues in progress that are at the Steps in the middle will not be included in the aggregation
- The Issues that were [Terminated] or [Deleted] at the Steps in the middle, will not be included in the aggregation
- The indication of the result of the aggregation (value) may differ by the User, in accordance with the [Data Viewer Authorization]
2. Checking the Aggregation Chart by Operations
- 1. Choosing the Operation
- Choose a Business Flow in the aggregation chart of all Issues, and then update the aggregation chart
- The bar chart of the changes in the number of the Issues, and the line chart of the average of the time required will be updated
- The Flow chart is also displayed together (The number of the times that each Step has been passed, etc. will be shown on the Flow diagram)
3. Browsing the Issues
- 1. Narrowing down by Month
- Clicking on the 'Month' in each chart to narrow down the Issues
- Sorting by the date and time of occurrence of the Issue (default)
- It is possible to sort by the date and end time of the Issues also
- It is not possible to sort by the time it took till the last step (time required) (As of v9.8)
