As long as you have the relevant [Data Viewer] authorization you can search or browse the data of all Issues regardless of whether or not you were involved. By specifying the Workflow (App) you can carry out complex searches that include unique data for each operation in the search. You can also save the search criteria you use frequently.
1. Searching Issues (Cross Operational)
- a. Title Search at the Search Window
- Searching over all Issues for only information in the title (M116)
- b. Searching Cross-operationally
- Searching over all Issues using the system information such as Start Date or Start User, etc.
- Process search: Display search results in units of 1 Issue (Process)
- After displaying the side menu [All Processes], set the search conditions in [Filter], [Column], and [Sort]
- System Information: Start Date, End Date, Start User, Organization which Start User belongs, Status of Progress, Star (★)
- Dynamic specifications, such as "the first day of the last month", "the same day of last month" or "the same time of last month", are also possible
- Same as date/time specification of Date/Datetime-type Data Item
- "Business Data" cannot be included in the search criteria of a cross-search, even if the same data name has been entered

3. Searching Handling Logs (Cross Operational)
- d. Searching Cross-operationally
- Task search: Displays search results in units of 1 Step (Human Task) in the Issue
- After displaying the side menu [Operated Tasks], set the search conditions in [Filter], [Column], and [Sort]
- System Information: Handling Personnel, Process Arrival Date, Completion Date, Processing Deadline, Star (★)
- You can also use the system information at the level of Issue, such as Start Date or Start User, etc.

- Search the Issue by specifying a Workflow App

5. Saving the Search Criteria
- 1. Change the Displaying Item
- Add the data items that can be listed in the search results as necessary
- 2. Save the Search Criteria
- You can name and save the frequently used search criteria
- You can sort the search results by "Title", "Start time", etc.
- Sort results are also saved as search criteria
- If you save and select the [Share] option ([App Administrator] authority is required), other users can also use the search criteria
- Saved searches are listed in the [Others] menu (displayed on the left side menu)

6. Downloading the Search Result
- x. Download as it is Displayed
- Download the result with the same the appearance, such as "Page Size" or "Items" that are displayed
- y. Download All
- Get the entire result by clicking on the [Download] button on the Search Condition List
