[Title] is a special Data Item that all Issues have. That is, Issues flowing in a Sales Lead flow, Quotation flow, or Billing flow will all have the attribute [Title]. If it is a rule that the customer name is entered in [Title], you will be able to use this to search the accumulated Issue data across all Business Processes. (Auto-set Step)
1. Overview of the Special Characteristics of the [Title] Data Item
- a. Shows on My Tasks List
- The basic attribute which is given to all Issues that flow in any Business Process
- b. Target of Quick Search
- It can be the search target of All Business Issue searches (search box at the top of the screen)
- In [My Tasks] and [Offered] only the basic attributes are displayed, in order to list Issues across all Business Processes
- The specific Business data that has been defined for an individual Business Process is not subject to Quick Search in the search box
- To search for Business data that has been defined for each Business Process you can search by specifying the Business Process (M117)
2. Overview of Information which should be included in the [Title]
- a. For identification of Issues
- Information that clarifies the distinction between Issues (e.g. "Expense Claim SUZUKI 2015-04")
- b. For Quick Searches
- Information that is frequently searched (e.g. "Customer Name", "Document ID", etc.)
- You will be able to collectively search the Issue data for which you have data viewing authority across Business Processes (M116)
- For example, if you search for the customer name you can see all related Issues, such as the list of contracts and transactions (Case Management)
- To avoid input discrepancies or variations by operating personnel use a Description when needed
3. Place a Step at which Auto-set is to be performed
- 1. Place a Data Set Step
- Add a Data Set Step to a Flow
- 2. Describe Notes
- Describe notes which indicate that it is to be/has been Auto-set
- Use the Description to notify Users to not inadvertently edit data if it can be retouched at a downstream Step
