When you want to view all currently open tasks for all users, these are visible on the Heatmap. This will show an overview of the number of open tasks for each App. You can narrow down the list of issues by selecting an App, and further narrow the list by selecting a particular Step within an App. From this you can see which Step in a process may be slowing that process down.
1. Listing the Issues
- 1. View Unfinished Issues for the Entire Company
- Among all the Issues that are flowing through the business, list the Issues still in the middle of processing
- A pie-chart of Operations is displayed
- The Issues which you are not authorized to view do not appear

2. Filtering the List of Issues by Operations
- 1. View Unfinished Issues in a Particular Operation
- Click on the portion of Pie-chart relating to the desired App to narrow down to a certain Operation
- The App's Flow Diagram is displayed (showing the number of "staying tokens" - these indicate which is the current Step in the process for a particular Issue)
3. Further Narrowing down the List by Step
- 1. List Issues that are staying at a certain Step in a certain Operation
- Click on the Step icon on the Flow Diagram to further narrow down the List
- You can view the number of Offered Issues and the number of Issues that are ready to be processed or under processing, in a particular Step
4. Checking the History of The Issue
- 1. Details of an Issue
- Checking the up-to-date history and detailed information of each Issue
- For the Issues that have been Split, multiple processing logs with the same time may be created
- For Issues that have flowed through a process model with a loop structure, the same process name may appear multiple times
