The system records the history of login success, login failure, or forced logout by double login, etc. at Workflow-platform. In addition, the progress history of Issues that flowed on each App are recorded. A User cannot Delete or Modify the Log record, even with the System privilege.
1. Overview of Audit Log Data Requirements
- a. Completeness
- With no omission and no overlap (In the system, Users cannot manipulate data to do partial deletions, for example)
- b. Accuracy
- Accurate and error-free (the possibility of transcription error and human error is eliminated as much as possible)
2. Overview of the Types of Audit Log Data in Questetra
- a. System Log
- An Audit Log which records who logged in to Questetra and when
- b. Process Log
- An Audit Log which records when each Issue reached each Step and who undertook them
- The System Log and Process Log are automatically added to, and even privileged Users cannot Delete or Edit them
- To browse the System Log and Process Log (Audit Log), [System Administrator Authorization] is required
- Authentication and Federation are added to the System Log (including Basic Authentication Communications)
- The Process Log contains information about Processes arriving at each step, allocation, editing or deletion of data, etc.
- Currently there is no logging function for Business Process definitions (App) that cannot be deleted
3. Check Audit Log
- a. Check System Log
- Filter and List data by the Log date
- b. Check Process Log
- Filter and List by Log date or Process ID
- When you want to check the progress of an individual Issue in daily business you can do it on the detail screen of each Issue (M105)
- Regarding the Automatic Processing Process of the specific business, it's possible to see logs of the accumulated Issues (in the Property screen of the Task)
- You can export a Log list to a CSV file (UTF-8) (Up to 10000 items)
- Currently, there is no Log detection function such as auto-warning by pattern analysis, etc.
