Questetra, as a Cloud based service, limits the amount storage space for files and the number of User Accounts available. When dealing with a lot of high-res image files you need to be careful about file storage space limits. Deleting unnecessary past business data can help you to operate the service without exceeding the limits.
1. Overview of Data which Counts as Storage Usage in Questetra
- a. Files attached to Issues
- Files stored in File type data in data items
- b. Files attached to SNS
- File attachments in Open Chat
System Settings – File Repository
- Files other than File type data, e.g. String type data, Date type data, etc. are not counted as storage usage
- When dealing with a lot of high-res image files you need to be aware of the space limitations
- Currently, Questetra’s communication limitations include an upload limit of 100MB in one operation
- After reaching the file storage limit operating the [Start] button will cause an error (including start by API)
2. Delete Files Attached to Issues
- a. Delete attachments together with all the data of the Issue
- Delete the Issue data in the detail screen of the target Issue
- b. Delete together with the entire Business Process definition, collectively
- By Deleting the App you can Delete the Issue data in bulk (M201)
- By Creating an external application (external script) you can Delete the List by Process ID (Communicating [Workflow API])
3. Delete Files Attached to SNS
- a. Delete with posted comments
- Click [Delete] on the target posting
- The User who posted the comment to be deleted is required to Delete it
- Currently, there is no way to Delete Attached Files on Open Chat in bulk
