Sometimes You will want to perform duplicate registration of information about date or date and time in the Workflow System, for example, the Deadline of each step, etc., to an external calendar (schedule) system. - "OAuth 2.0 specification" is the only proxy access method that Questetra can be the client-side (transmission side of HTTP request)
2. Set up Authorization of Data Collaboration at Online Calendar in advance
- 1. Enable API
- Enable API that is required for OAuth Communications
- The external calendar that can collaborate with Questetra is "Google Calendar" only (As of Jan., 2016)
3. Register Information of the Data Collaboration Host
- 1. Set up Domain
- Enter your domain at [G Suite connectivity] menu (e.g. example.com)

- Enable G Suite Collaboration at [Account Settings] of each User

- When exporting data for the first time, the authorization of the external resource side will be required
- 2. Revoke Authorization of Communications
- Revoke the authorization of access at the security setting of the external resource side
