- Can I disable all notification emails that a User receives?
- Answer.
- Although the [Notification] settings can be changed for each User, notification emails for special operations such as "Reallocate" and "Delegate" are always sent to the subject person regardless of their individual settings.

In addition to enabling and disabling notification emails, it is possible to prevent Data Items from being shown in emails by checking the "Email does not include the data values" box in the [Edit Property] screen of the corresponding Workflow App.
