- I don't see any App to start in the list of "Start" menu.
- Please check to see if you belong to any Organization at "Affiliation" in the Profile of [Account Settings].
In Questetra, it is the specification that a user who does not belong to any "Organization" is not able to "Start" a Workflow, and no Task comes into "My Tasks".
Please be sure to register a "user" to be belonging to any of "Organization" like the practical work, since it is a premise of Questetra.
How to check the user's affiliation
You can check your affiliation on the Profile in [Account Settings]. If no Organization is indicated in the "Affiliation" column, you do not belong to any organization. Ask your administrator to register for affiliation settings.
Users with "User Manager authority" are able to confirm the affiliation of all users at [User List] in [System Settings]. If there is a user who does not belong to "Organization", a warning message will be displayed. Click on the username indicated in the warning message to open the details screen of the user, and set "affiliation" of the user according to the actual organization.
