- Why don't I see any Apps listed in the [Start] menu?

- Please check in [Account Settings] to see if you belong to any Organization in the "Affiliation" section of your User Profile.
In Questetra, it is a requirement that Users who do not belong to any Organization are not able to start Workflows, nor will they be able to add Tasks to [My Tasks].
Just like you belong to an actual organization, in Questetra it is assumed that Users belong to an Organization, so please be sure to register each User to an Organization.
How to check the user's affiliation
You can check your affiliation on your Profile in [Account Settings]. If no Organization is indicated in the "Affiliation" section you do not belong to any organization. Ask your administrator to register this for you.
Users with [User Manager authority] are able to confirm the affiliation of all Users in the [User List] in [System Settings]. If there is a User who does not belong to an Organization a warning message will be displayed. Click on the username indicated in the warning message to open the details screen of that User, and set their affiliation according to their actual organization.
