Which Data Items will be Copied When Reusing Data?

Which Data Items will be copied when I use the [Start a new Process with these data] option?

Answer.

Data Items satisfying both of the following conditions will be copied; items that the operating User is able to view (in the copy source), and items that can be input at the first Task (in the copy destination).

Please note that the following Data Items will not be copied:

・In the original Process, Data Items that the operating user cannot view
・In the new Process, Data Items that are not set to "Editable" at the first Task

M103: Starting with Past Data
・The copying range varies depending on the data browsing authorization level of the person who copies
・The copying range varies depending on the input screen for the person who copies (Items that can be entered)
・Discussion type Data Items are always not subject to be copied
