In order to use Questetra in teams and organizations, it is necessary to register the account information of system users. As well as user information, registration of organizations and roles is also necessary (and important!) as the basis for deciding who is in charge of work , so I will explain.
What is User/Organization/Role?
"User" is a person who logs in to Questetra and handles work. In Questetra, an email address is used as the ID at login, so a different email address is needed for each User.
"Organizations" and "Roles" are both groups of Users. In Questetra, a single User can belong to more than one Organization and Role. Groups which have a hierarchical structure with mutual (parent-child) relationships are called "Organizations", those without a hierarchical structure and independent of each other are called "Roles".
Departments on organizational charts, such as for example "Sales department" and "Development section", are usually represented by an Organization. On the other hand, job titles such as "section chief" or project teams such as "company retreat planning team" are represented by a Role. Since in the business flow you can decide the person in charge of work using an Organization or a Role, such as "staff of Sales department" or "department manager of Development department", so structuring your Organizations and Roles well is as important as designing the business flow itself. First of all, we recommend that you write down the information to be registered before registering.
Batch registration with CSV file
User, Organization and Role can be collectively registered using a CSV file in the following format. Prepare CSV files with one record (1 User, 1 Organization, 1 Role) on each line.

In batch registration of Users you can register Organization data at the same time. Also in batch registration of Roles, members of Roles can be registered at the same time. Please note that in batch registration, duplication of existing data will cause the existing data to be overwritten.
Also, in order to register affiliation to an Organization when performing User batch registration, it is assumed that the target Organization has been registered in advance. It is efficient to conduct batch registration in the order 1. Organization -> 2. User -> 3. Role
