As the number of users will exceed the contract license, so you should remove 38 users.

In the state where the number of registered users (88) exceeds the number of contracted users (50), you cannot start handling a new issue (start a new Process).
Please note that even if you have set the automatic start such as Timer Start at the beginning of the month, the Process Start will fail.

If you remove the user so that the number of registered users becomes equal to or less than the number of contracted user seats, you can start a new Process as usual.

Even if in the state where the license is exceeded, it is possible to perform operations such as

• to operate Processes that have already been started
• to search past Processes, and displaying the Process details

In the state where 50 users have been registered on a platform under the contract with 50 user seats, it is not possible to register more users. The license will be exceeded only if the number of contracted users decreases when renewing the contract.
