How to Prevent Spoofing Emails and Increase Email Reliability
Hello, this is an announcement from Questetra Support to all system administrators.
In recent years, phishing through “spoofing emails” has increased and has become a social problem. This requires email senders to take action. In response, Questetra is implementing DKIM, a Sender Domain Authentication technology used to prevent spoofing emails, and to increase the reliability of emails sent during workflows. DKIM generates a digital signature based on the sending domain and the header and body of each email being sent, and assigns the signature to the outgoing email so that the recipient can detect sender spoofing or email tampering.
In Questetra ver. 15.2, DKIM has been supported in the default settings. In the default settings of [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (email)], if the From address is not specified, the source address of the mail is "no-reply@s.questetra.net" (for the Paid Edition) and a digital signature is generated with this domain. DKIM support for any domain is scheduled for Ver. 16.0.
