How do I check the URL of a published form?

The URL of the published form can be confirmed from the settings screen of the latest version of the running App.
On the application details screen, open the [Details] screen of the [Latest Version]. Open the properties of [Message Start Event (Form)] and click [Form URL] to check the URL of the published form.
If the application is not running, the [Form URL] confirmation screen will not be displayed. Click [Reactivate] or [Release] to reactivate the App.
