Adding annotations to the Workflow

I want to add annotations to my workflows as well as my business manual. Can I do this, and if so how?

  In the Workflow designer you can add text annotations on the actual diagram. These can be used to help others who view the diagram to understand the functions of specific Steps. 

  Regarding Users who operate the Tasks, notes can be added in the Description section of each Data Item to provide information which is visible on the input form. 

  In addition, in the App [Detail] screen you can click the [Work Manual] button to edit the Work Manual where information can be saved concerning the whole Process.
