What's the difference between [My Tasks] and [Offered]?

The other day I installed Questetra and when I opened [Workflow] I saw [My Tasks] and [Offered].

What is the difference between the two?

  Individual Tasks in [My Tasks] must be processed only by the specified user (for example, you).

  On the other hand, the tasks in [Offered] can be processed by all members of the specified group (Organization or Role).

  If one of the members accepts the Task, it will no longer be displayed in the [Offered] list, but will be displayed in the [My Tasks] list of the accepting member.
