    Add-ons can be imported by both System Administrators and App Designers. Add-ons registered by System Administrators can be used on all workflow Apps on the system, whereas those registered by Workflow Designers can only be used on the App for which they were imported.

    System Administrators can use the following method:

    Go to System Settings in the menu at the top right corner, then in the list on the left click on App-shared Add-ons and go to the "Definition of service task" tab. Click on the Add button and select the XML file for the Add-on you wish to import. 

    App Designers can use the following method:

    In the App Detail screen click the ▼App menu button and select Manage Add-on. Go to the "Definition of service task" tab, click on the Add button and select the XML file for the Add-on you wish to import.
