Questetra has published more than 50 Business-flows with the detailed descriptions. You will be able to utilize a highly advanced Workflow system easily by downloading and importing these Business Templates.

We recommend that you visit Get Started first if you are new to Questetra.
1. Get a Sample
Download an Archive from the Sample site or Business Apps collection
1-1. Find the Desired Business App
There are lots of Business Processes published on the Business Template page1-2. Download a Business App Template
Download the required Business App Template
2. Import
Import a Business App Template as a Workflow App to Questetra
2-1. New Model from Archive
Select [App Settings] from the menu in the top-right of the screen to display a list of Apps.
Click on the [New App from Archive] button to display the the file selection screen

After selecting the file, click on the [Import] button to move to the properties editing screen

2-2. Setting App Properties and Organization Associations
Configure with the Organizations in your system and modify the properties if necessary, then click on the [Add new app] button
- In the Apps published on the Questetra Support site, the Organizational settings are tailored to a dummy company
- Import cannot be continued if the configured dummy target Organization ID or Role does not exist in your workflow platform
- Click on the "App List" on the left menu to leave the Import screen
- After setting up the necessary Organization/Role, try again
- Import cannot be continued if the configured dummy target Organization ID or Role does not exist in your workflow platform
- Some Apps will contain errors after being imported
- The App cannot be run with an error
- Set up the OAuth2 settings, HTTP communication connection destination, etc. in edit mode to eliminate the error
3. Modify
Try to Modify the Workflow App to fit your needs
3-1. Begin editing the App
You will be able to edit the Flow by clicking on the [Edit] button

4. Release
Release the imported Workflow App as a Workflow system
4-1. Release as a Workflow system
Click on the [Release developing Version] button- Before "Release" and start operation, make sure that the behavior and screen display are as intended.

It is now usable as a Workflow system, and the release date and time is recorded as the "Latest version" Please see the "Your first step in Questetra" and "M1. Handling Issues" pages for how to flow Business data and handle Issues

5. Summary
Now, you have learned how to import and use the Business Templates published on the "Workflow Sample" page
You can also export Workflow Apps that you have created in Questetra as Business Templates (Archive / QAR files)
