Unable to Transfer a Task
AnsweredThe other day I clicked on the [Transfer to Other User] button to transfer a task to a user in another department, but I got a message saying "The task cannot be transferred because there are no other candidates."
I was able to transfer other tasks to another user, so I would like to know the difference between tasks that can be transferred and tasks that cannot be transferred.

Whether or not a Task can be transferred depends on whether or not there are other Users who are candidates for operating the Task (i.e. Users who are listed as Operators in the Swimlane where the Task is).
For example, if a Task is allocated to the sales department you can transfer the Task to other members of the sales department, but if a Task is directly appointed you cannot transfer it to other Users.
In addition to [Delegate], [Force Allocate] is another function that allows you to change the person in charge of processing. [Force Allocation] is a function that allows a User with Control permission to allocate Tasks to all Users. For more information on the difference between these two functions, please refer to the following page.
