When operating a task there is a message at the bottom of the processing screen saying "Select your position for this task".

What is a "position"?

  "Position" refers to the Organization to which the person in charge of the Task belongs, which is determined when processing Tasks.

  Users who belong to multiple Organizations may need to select a position when processing Tasks depending on the settings of the Workflow App.
