R2011: Properties of Workflow App

 

These are configuration items and information related to Workflow Apps.

Subject name	Description
App ID	A number assigned to each Workflow App.
App Name	Name of Workflow App.
Category	Used for categorizing Workflow Apps. It is possible to filter the Workflow App list by category or to display them as a group for each category in the task list.
Priority	The priority when listing Apps, etc. Higher priority appears higher in the list.
Summary	Summary of the App for the general Users. General Users can review the summary on the App list in the [Start] menu.
Note for App Administrator	Notes about the App.
Create Time	Date and time of creation.
Create User	The user who created the App.
Email Notification	Set whether to include the data values in the notification email.
Authorization	Indicates the Users who have been granted each Authorization. For more information about Authorizations refer to App Authorization Privileges.
Case Sequence Number	In-app serial number that is added each time a new Case is started. Select Daily, Monthly, or Yearly, to be reset to zero automatically at regular intervals.
Version	Version number of the App. The version number is assigned at the time of release. A version that has not been released is called a Developing version.
Release Time	Release date and time of the target version.
Release User	User who has Released the target version.
Last Edit Time	Date and time that the target version was last edited.
Last Edit User	The user who has edited the target version last.
