This section covers information and configuration settings for Workflow Apps. In addition to the properties of the App itself, each version within the App has its own properties.
1. Properties That Identify the App
- App ID: A number assigned to each Workflow App. Displayed on the screen as "m + number" (e.g. m123). It can only be specified when creating a new App and cannot be changed afterward.
- App Name: The name of the Workflow App.
- Category: Used to classify Apps. You can filter the App list by category.
2. Status-Related Properties
- Operating Status: Indicates whether the App is running or paused. When paused, new Cases cannot be started.
- Latest Version: The currently running version of the App. An App whose Version 1 has not yet been released has no running version, and Cases cannot be started.
3. People-Related Properties
- Create User: The user who originally created the App.
- Update User: The user who last updated the App.
"Update" includes not only editing properties, but also editing the developing version, releasing a version, updating the business manual, and so on.
4. Date/Time-Related Properties
- Create Time: The date and time when the App was originally created.
- Update Time: The date and time when the App was last updated.
5. Other Properties
The following items can be changed on the [Edit Properties] screen and other screens.
- Priority: The display priority when listing Apps in the App list. Apps with higher priority are displayed at the top.
- Summary: A summary description of the App for general users (task assignees). General users can view the description in the App list under the [New Case] menu.
- Note for App Administrators: A memo about the App.
- Email Notification: A setting for whether to include data values in notification emails. For security reasons, it is recommended not to include data values.
- Authorizations: Users who have been granted each permission. For details, see "R3020: List of App Authorization Privileges."
- Case Sequence Number: An App-local serial number that increments each time a new Case is started. It can also be configured to automatically reset to zero on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis.
Additionally, the following property is displayed as a marker in the App list and other views.
- Star: A marker that can be attached to an App. Each user can add or remove it individually, and it is displayed as an icon in the App list and other views.
6. Version Properties
Each time an App is released, a version is created. Each version has the following properties, which can be viewed in the version list, including past versions.
- Version: The version number of the App. It increments with each release. A version that has not yet been released and is still being edited is called the "Developing" version.
Each version also records dates/times and users. The displayed content differs depending on whether the version is in development or has been released.

| Date/Time | Last Edited At | Released At |
| User | Last Edited By | Released By |
