Use your browser's print function in the [Detail] screen. You can output operation history, Case data, and status information in a printer-friendly layout.
Printing in [Administrator Mode] will also include records of automated processing steps in the operation history.
Additionally, if you use the print function while the [Conversation about this] is open, the posts in this Case Channel will also be printed.
