- System Administrator/Case Manager

Types and Causes of Error:
- Event not found
- No [Message Start Event (Mail)] exists whose Case Start address matches the received email address
- If the target workflow App was identified, the Case Manager is notified, and if they cannot be identified the System Administrator is notified
- Event not found
