R2180: Error Notification of Email Start

 

The error types and the notification destinations when a [Message Start Event (email) ] results in an error.

Error types and Notification destination

• Person to be Notified:
  • System Administrator/Case Manager
• Types and Causes of Error:
  • Event not found
    • No [Message Start Event (Mail)] exists whose Case Start address matches the received email address
    • If the target workflow App was identified, the Case Manager is notified, and if they cannot be identified the System Administrator is notified
