This is a list of privileges for managing and operating Workflow Apps. Privileges are set on each App.
App Administrator
Authorization to Edit, Release and Suspend Apps.
Also, it is also possible to delete or to grant authorization on this particular App to other Users including App Administrator Authorization.
Case Manager
Authorization to [Terminate] and [Delete] all Cases on the App. Turning [Administrator Mode] on in the Case details screen, you will be able to view the processing records of auto-steps and the [Case Log], and perform [Reallocation] (forceful assignment) and [Data Editing] operations. (The [Edit Data] button is not available unless you have [Data Viewer] authorization.)
Data Viewer
Authorization to view the detailed information (Case record and Case data) of the Case.
Able to browse or to search Cases and Tasks at [Case/Task Status Check] menu.
Data Viewer (only Progress Information)
Authorization to view the processing record of the Case.
It is not the same as Data Viewer in that they can not view the entered content of Data Item.

Notes
- The Authorizations App Administrator, Case Manager and Data Viewer are given to the User who created the App
- To carry out [Edit Data], both Case Manager and Data Viewer authorization are required
- Even users without the Case Manager privilege can still exercise control over a Case until it reaches the processing stage of another person
- If the Case is not being handled by another user (such as accidental initiation), the initiator of the Case can also delete the Case.
