R3090: Various Collaborations with Google Workspace

 

This section describes how to use Questetra and Google Workspace together.

Google Workspace Connectivity Setting

System environment

• Basic settings for using the entire workflow platform in conjunction with G Suite.
  • [System Settings] > [Google Connectivity] (System Administrator Authorization required)

Normal User

• Each User should be set up to be able to use Google Drive Output and Google Calendar Output for themselves
  • [Account Settings] > [Google Connectivity]

Connecting Functions and Usage

Login  with Google Account

Normal User

Login screen

It is possible to login with a Google Workspace account (Open ID)

System Administrator

[System Settings] > [Google Workspace Connectivity] (System Administrator Authorization required)

It is also possible to disable the ID/Password in Questetra and allow login only with a Google Workspace password

Google Drive Export

Normal User

On the Task Operating screen or the Case detail screen [Export to Google Drive]	It is possible to export files attached to File-type Data Items to Google Drive
On the search result list screen [Download] > [Export to Google Spreadsheets]	It is possible to export the Issue List (the result of a Case or Task search) to Google Spreadsheets

App Designer

Placing on the App edit screen [Built-in Service Task] (Advanced) [Add-on Service Task] (Professional)

Automatic processing defined in each auto-step will be performed

Google Calendar Export

Normal User

On the Case detail screen [Add to Google Calendar]

It is possible to register the Task deadline to Google Calendar

Synchronization with Google Account Information

User Manager

[System Settings] > [User List] > [Import Users] (Organization/Role as well)

It is possible to synchronize all or part of the User/Organizational information in Google Workspace. You can easily correspond to changes in accounts on the Google Workspace side. (Unidirectional synchronization of Google Workspace to Questetra)
