Google Workspace Connectivity Setting
System environment
- Basic settings for using the entire workflow platform in conjunction with G Suite.

Normal User
- Each User should be set up to be able to use Google Drive Output and Google Calendar Output for themselves

Login with Google Account

Google Drive Export

On the Task Operating screen or the Process detail screen [Export to Google Drive] |
It is possible to export files attached to File-type Data Items to Google Drive |
On the search result list screen [Download] > [Export to Google Spreadsheets] |
It is possible to export the Issue List (the result of a Process or Task search) to Google Spreadsheets |

Placing on the Process Model edit screen [Built-in Service Task] (Advanced) [Add-on Service Task] (Professional) |

Google Calendar Export

Synchronization with Google Account Information
User Manager
[System Settings] > [User List] > [Import Users] (Organization/Role as well) |
