By setting a Task's operator using a User-type Data Item, the designated User will be responsible for handling issues in that Swimlane. In the "Work Request flow", for example, if a User-type Data Item is created with the name "Requestee", you can then nominate a User in the "Requestee" section of the Task input form. The nominated User will then be responsible for the next Task, "Work on Request" in the second Swimlane, and all subsequent Tasks in the same Swimlane.
1. Assigning an Operator
- a. Filtering Junk
The person in charge of distribution looks at the destination of the received correspondence and sends it only to relevant parties
- b. Selection by Aptitude
Designate a suitable respondent after seeing the content of the correspondence
- c. Load Distribution
Supervisor appoints the handler of issues by considering the amount of work of all staffs
- d. Shorten Delivery Time
Allocating personnel nominate a handling person quickly (to reduce the time required for all Steps)
- e. Provisional Operation
Provisionally operate the Step in which attributes required to undertake the Case have not been defined
- In a flow where the applicant designates a final decision maker, the risk that the final decision rule can not be observed increases.
- If appointing or nominating is not smooth, it will directly lead to extending the overall required time
2. Configure Business Data to be Referenced
- a. Referring to User-type data
The person in charge of distribution looks at the destination of the received correspondence and sends it only to relevant parties
- b. Referring to Organization-type data
Configure the downstream Step to be operated by staffs of the Organization which has been specified in Organization-type data
- When the Issue reaches the Task, if user data etc. has not been set a progress error will occur
