M214: Work Manual Referenced from Operating Screen

 

By setting the [Work Manual] feature on each Workflow App you can share documents online concerning the entire business flow. In Vacation Request Flow, for example, by collectively registering whole documents that describe the vacation system, you can expect smoother operation.

1. Usage Examples of [Work Manual]

a. Browse when Starting a Case

Let operators read the [Work Manual] so that they understand the purpose, overview, and key points of the work before starting

b. Browse when Considering Undertaking

Before accepting a case that is [Offered],  let operators read the [Work Manual] so that they understand the important points to note regarding the task they are undertaking

c. Browse when Operating a Task

Let operators read the [Work Manual] while operating a task to check the important points to note for the task.

2. Setting up the [Work Manual]

a. Description using Markdown

You can write descriptions in the [Work Manual] in Markdown

b. Description in HTML

HTML tags can also be written within Markdown

• The input and display specifications are the same as for [String-type (Markdown)]
  • Changes to the Specifications of the [Work Manual] Function
• Only Users with [App Administrator] authorization can edit
• Users involved with the Case operation of the App and App Administrators of it can view it
• The contents of the [Work Manual] will be included in the exported archive of the Workflow App
  • If technical know-how or confidential information is described, please be careful when handling the archive (QAR file)
