When there are changes in User's affiliations [Organization] or given Roles [Role] as a consequence of personnel changes, etc., you can modify the properties of these User Accounts. To Add or Delete User Accounts the System Privilege [User Manager] Authorization is required.
1. Overview of the Impact of Modifying User Account Attributes
- a. Change in Issues List
- After modifying User's affiliations to Organizations or Roles, those Users can view the Issues which the new attributes allow them to
- b. Grant or Revoke Privileges
- When a User is assigned to an [Organization] which has been granted certain privileges, the User will be given those privileges automatically
2. Update User Accounts
- a. Modify individually
- Edit User name, email address, Organization, Position, Role, etc. in the User Account Details screen
- b. Modify in bulk
- Update in bulk with CSV data

System Settings – User List
- Registered passwords are invisible
- You can retrieve a CSV sample by clicking [Download All] in User List screen
- In CSV Bulk Modification;
- accounts are identified by the email address and updated all data except the Email Address
- leave the password field blank if you do not want to update the registered password
- if no Organization is specified the Account will not belong to any Organization
- rows with unregistered email addresses are regarded as new Accounts to be added
- You cannot modify email addresses in bulk (modify individually)
3. Delete User Accounts
- 1. Change the App definition of those specifying the user
- Check the Apps from [Apps referencing to the user] and change the App settings
- 2. Delete Users
- Click [Delete User] in the User Accounts detail screen
- Change the app settings before deleting so that the App specifying the user does not cause a runtime error
- You can check the impact of deletion by marking it as [Will be deleted in the future] in advance
- Select a User to be reallocated the Tasks which remain in [My Tasks] (including allocated Issues)
- Tasks in [Offered] are to be re-evaluated respectively
- You can mark multiple Users as “Will be deleted in the future” in bulk via CSV input
