When you want to check to see the problems occurring at individual Steps, such as "too many reworkings" or "the number of Tasks is not balanced among the staff", you can browse the processing details of each Step in the Flow diagram. You can see the time taken to handle each Step, as well as the list of processing logs by clicking on the Step icon in the flow diagram. You can also see the business data of each individual Issue by clicking the [Details] button of the Issue.
1. Checking the Aggregation Chart on All the Issues
- 1. The Number of Issues
- Check the number of Issues which have been completed successfully to the final Step, with the bar chart (an aggregation of the past year by month)
- 2. The Average Time Required
- Check the time required to complete up to the final Step, with a line chart (an aggregation of the past year by month)
- Displayed together with the list of the Issues
- The Issues in progress that are at Steps in the middle will not be included in the aggregation
- The Issues that were [Terminated] or [Deleted] at Steps in the middle will not be included in the aggregation
- The result of the aggregation (value) may differ by the User, in accordance with the [Data Viewer Authorization]
2. Checking the Aggregation Chart by Operations
- 1. Choosing the Operation
- Choose a Business Flow in the aggregation chart of all Issues, and then update the aggregation chart
- The bar chart of the changes in the number of the Issues per month, and the line chart of the average of the time required will be updated
- The Flow chart is also displayed (The number of times that each Step has been passed, etc. will be shown on the Flow diagram)
3. Checking the Actual Situation of Passage of each Step
- 1. Choosing a Step
- Click on an Step icon on the Flow diagram to display the handling logs of that Step
- You can easily browse in which Issues reworks occurred, if there are dedicated steps for Reworking, for example
4. Browsing the Issue data as Necessary
- 1. Viewing Issue data
- Browse the business data by clicking the [Detail] button on the list of handling logs
