When you want to be quickly notified of a task that you must operate, detection tools are helpful. For example, you can always be aware of the number of Issues allocated to you by installing [Questetra My Tasks] which is an Extension available in Chrome.
1. Usage Example of 'Detection Tool'
- a. Immediate response to external correspondence
- Responding quickly upon receipt of an inquiry (KPI: Average Response Time)
- b. Prompt internal task processing
- Preventing "approval" tasks from delaying a process, and accelerating to a management decision

- Reacting instantly to failure notification from the sensor
2. Detecting by Browser Extension Apps or Mobile Apps
- 1. Installing Published Apps
- Installing apps which utilize Questetra APIs
- You will be able to detect the arrival of Issues even when you are not logged in to Questetra on your browser
- You can also develop original apps tailored to specific business processes such as "Failure Handling" or "Requests for Decision"
- The applications must have been registered by the System Administrator (Connection applications that use OAuth)
3. Features of the [Questetra My Tasks] Chrome Extension
- 1. Indicating the Number of Issues
- Always displaying the number of Issues in [My Tasks] (or [Offered])
- 2. Push Noification
- A new Task arrival will be notified on a screen with a ding sound even if Questetra BPM Suite is not opened on the browser
- 3. Indicating the List of Issues
- Titles of Issues will be listed by clicking on the icon
- 4. Move Directly to the Input Screen
- You can move to the task's input screen by clicking on a title on the list
- 5. Starting a New Issue
- You can start new Issues from the list of operations
