In the In-house chat function Collab Chat, you post a chat by selecting a channel in which the member you want to communicate with is participating. Channels serve to organize conversations by topic, authority, and organization. By limiting the members who share posts, you can communicate more efficiently. You can also have open communication by posting to a general channel or a channel that anyone can view.
